Requirements:
Extensive maintenance leadership experience in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
Experience with high-speed conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout, fall protection, and workplace safety programs
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance systems preferred
Strong project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
Job Duties:
Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe and efficient operation of distribution center equipment
Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliability
Respond to equipment failures and coordinate repairs to support operational goals
Manage maintenance budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationships
Oversee contractors, facility projects, inspections, and equipment upgrades
Train, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment, processes, and facility operations
Support succession planning and employee development programs
Serve as a subject matter expert on maintenance systems, safety compliance, and technical troubleshooting
Lead mechanization and automation improvement projects from design through implementation
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
