Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on attraction equipment, kitchen equipment and facilities
- Knowledge and skills related to arcade and VR preferred but not necessary
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities with logs and reports
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, and customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
