Position Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
