Experienced Service Department Manager for our Hanlees Dealerships.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE.

We are looking for a Service Manager from Northern California, to build lasting relationships between the service department and customers for our Domestic or Import Dealerships. The service manager will be looking to maximize current opportunities and to explore new opportunities for growth for the Dealership as a whole. Key Duties include but not limited to: Setting and articulating a clear vision for the Department Running efficient and profitable department. Building solid working relationships with all departments. Great People and Customer-Service Skills, in person, on phone and email. Leading activities to keep customers completely satisfied and coming back. Supervising cost controls, safety & compliance Job includes some weekend and evening hours.
