This hands-on role supervises asmall maintenance team and is responsible for equipment maintenance, facility infrastructure, and production support systems with a focus on reliability, safety, quality, and uptime. The Maintenance manager will manage contractors an vendors, drive CMMS utilization, establish preventative and predictive maintenance programs that support production growth and customer commitments. Lead and supervise maintenance technicians performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot thermal processing and production equipment, including: Ipsen High-Temperature Vacuum Furnaces TAV and PVT Aluminum Vacuum Braze Furnaces Camco Dry Hydrogen Brazing Furnaces Sauder Double Bake-Out Furnaces Hydrogen and Nitrogen Generators Cooling Towers Machine Shop Equipment Develop and manageg preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment shutdowns, installations, and projects in coordination with Operations. Manage CMMS work orders, equipment records, and preventive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve uptime, reliability, and efficiency. Manage contractors, vendors, spare parts, purchasing, and maintenance budgets. Interact with various departments throughout the organization to identify and find solutions for facilties issues. Assess facility conditions and coordinate repairs and improvements. Implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, safety, building code regulations, and quality requirements. Develop maintenance team skills and identify training needs. Track and report maintenance performance, including unplanned downtime and preventive maintenance completion. Develop emergency response and business continuity plans. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 3+ years supervisory experience or team leadership experience. Ability to complete assignments given in the form of objective with no defined processes. Advanced time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of MSOffice programs and ERP systems, GSS preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing systems, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Basic electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and prioritize repairs. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
