Superior Soil seeks an Equipment Manager in Hanford, CA. Lead maintenance for our heavy machinery and truck fleet. Requires 5+ years of experience and 1+ in leadership. $75,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Maintenance & Repair:
Manage the maintenance and repair of all mobile equipment, heavy machinery, and production equipment (e.g., mixing equipment, screening plants, trucks).
Preventative Maintenance:
Implement and oversee a strict preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
Procurement & Inventory:
Manage equipment parts inventory, tools, and procurement of new or used machinery.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all machinery and vehicles meet safety standards and regulations (e.g., inspections, safety protocols).
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and develop maintenance personnel.
Cost Management:
Track equipment costs, manage maintenance budgets, and manage vendor/service contracts.
