Maintenance Supervisor Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local food manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its growing team. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide day-to-day direction and supervision for the maintenance of facilities and processing equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, direct-hire position located in Hanford, CA.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and Oversee Maintenance Programs For Facilities & Food Process Equipment Lead, Train & Develop a Team of Industrial Maintenance Technicians Create Maintenance Schedules & Ensure Timely Completion of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Tasks Work With Operations Teams to Minimize Equipment Downtime & Optimize Reliability Develop & Maintain Budgets, Control Costs Participate in

Root Cause Analysis of Equipment Failures & Implement Corrective Actions Develop Maintenance Reports Identifying Costs, Overages & Performance Metrics Wear All PPE & Follow All Safety & Environmental Standard Guidelines Maintenance Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 5+ Years of Experience in Maintenance Supervision in Food Manufacturing Excellent Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Best Practices & Techniques Demonstrates Superb Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills in a Fast-Paced Environment Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Demonstrates Excellent Leadership in
