Oversees all operations of Slope Maintenance department including but not limited to equipment and employees. Coordinates maintenance of all machines. Provides scheduling of all Snow Cat Operators. Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a rigorous training program. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Snow Cat fleet management system, including the development and implementation of reporting tools. Manages construction projects, including the coordination of outside contractors. Must manage fuel, wages and repair cost within budgetary guidelines set by department head. Responsible for any or all other responsibilities as assigned.
