About this role:
The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of all phases of the physical maintenance of an income producing multi-family property. This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, daily cleaning of all common areas, completing all interior paints upon turnover of units, supervision of maintenance staff members (when applicable), prioritizing and assigning work schedules, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs. The Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor will provide coverage across multiple locations," "rotating between different sites," "supporting various teams as needed," "flexible work location depending on project needs," and "on-site presence at different properties. A valid driver's license is required for this position, as job-related travel is an essential responsibility.Hourly pay range/Salary range:
$27.00- $30.00 DOE What you'll do
- Includes but are not limited to: Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
What you will need:
1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred. Prior Supervisory experience is required. A valid driver's license is required for this position, as job-related travel is an essential responsibility.Who you are:
