- Lead all fleet maintenance operations and shop personnel.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage repair schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and shop productivity.
- Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, vendors, and maintenance costs.
- Track and improve fleet reliability, quality, and operational performance.
- Ensure accurate maintenance records, reporting, and payroll administration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support company goals.
- Travel locally as needed.
