Based in Oakland, Burlingame and Sacramento, we are a well-established and family owned company that specializes in sidewalk repair / cutting in Northern California. We are an exciting and fast-growing company and provide career advancement opportunities to our best performing employees. We are looking for a professional to work as our vehicle fleet, equipment, and shop maintenance supervisor. You will be working hand in hand with the Production Manager to maintain our field equipment (generators, concrete saws, industrial vacuums, 10+ vehicle fleet, etc.), to manage our shop and to order supplies for the team in the field. You will get extensive training from us and will report to the production manager. Generally, you will make sure the team has good working equipment, well maintained vehicles, and all necessary supplies. If you are responsible, reliable, motivated, and looking to learn and grow with a fast-moving organization, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain field generators
• change oil and clean filters / trouble shooting (we will train you)
• Maintain construction saws and vacuums
• basic maintenance activities (we will train you)
• Maintain 10-vehicle fleet
• visual inspections / change oil / rotate tires / bring vehicle to appointments
• Fabrication of dust units
• includes welding and metal work (we will train you)
• Manage shop and order supplies Minimum requirements :
• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy. Must have good work ethics and ability to self-manage.
• Mechanically inclined, good with hands and tools.
• Capable of performing a physically demanding job.
• Valid drivers' license and mean of transportation
• Able to speak and write fluent English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
