Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary We are looking for a skilled and dependable Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage teams, solve complex maintenance issues, and ensure each community is operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support maintenance teams across multiple locations Create and implement efficient maintenance workflows to reduce downtime and improve performance Conduct routine site inspections to identify repairs and preventative needs Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to complete specialized work Manage and track preventive maintenance schedules across all assigned properties Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner Maintain detailed records of service requests, repairs, and inventory Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company requirements Work closely with onsite teams to support overall property operations and resident satisfaction What We're Looking For Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably overseeing multiple sites Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair systems Experience handling both low and high voltage systems Familiarity with maintenance tracking software or work order systems Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively Why Join Us Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team-driven work environment Ongoing training and professional development
