Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our manufacturing or industrial site. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment and facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team of maintenance professionals while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational productivity. Duties Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Oversee repair procedures for HVAC systems—including HVAC system repair—and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, repairs, or installations by coordinating resources, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion. Conduct inspections using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose electrical faults in high voltage and low voltage systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations including OSHA guidelines by conducting safety audits, training staff on proper maintenance repair procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with management to optimize facilities management processes, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage—HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance practices. Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and project planning purposes. Experience with CMMS platforms for scheduling preventive maintenance tasks and tracking work orders. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while motivating team members toward excellence. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders. Ability to interpret technical schematics and utilize testing tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Facilities management experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of managing facilities maintenance procedures including HVAC system repair, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting (including high voltage), and mechanical systems repair is essential.
