Pay:

Must have knowledge of machine vibration, be capable of routine data collection and periodic monitoring, and be able to perform fault diagnosis and condition evaluation. Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to interpret data from predictive maintenance tools and make informed recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to predictive maintenance and facilities management. Previous experience working in a high-tech or research facility preferred. Certification in thermography or other predictive maintenance disciplines is preferred. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
