Conduct predictive maintenance activities including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and oil analysis on mechanical and electrical systems. Perform regular inspections and testing of equipment to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions. Analyze data from predictive maintenance tools and provide detailed reports on equipment condition and performance. Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to support overall campus operations. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Maintain and calibrate predictive maintenance tools and equipment. Document all maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
