What we need Exol is seeking a Site Maintenance Planner to join our Site Operations team within our Maintenance organization. Your job will be to own maintenance systems, planning, and material readiness at the site level to ensure maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role serves as the site owner for CMMS accuracy, maintenance planning, work order quality, and spare parts inventory management, enabling maintenance teams to focus on execution and equipment reliability . What we do Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across a variety of industries, including wholesale, retail, and general merchandising. Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and SoftBank . What you'll do Own and maintain CMMS standards, system integrity, and data accuracy for the Perris, CA site. Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities with operations and maintenance leadership to maximize equipment uptime. Create, maintain, and continuously improve job plans, work instructions, and work order quality standards. Manage the maintenance storeroom and spare parts inventory, including replenishment, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and material availability. Ensure critical spare parts are properly stocked, kitted, and staged in advance to support maintenance execution. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and centralized support teams on parts sourcing, replacements, and returns. Support maintenance reporting, audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and material management. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, maintenance coordination, or storeroom operations. Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, preferably IBM Maximo. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management, and maintenance workflows. Experience managing spare parts inventory, inventory controls, cycle counting, and material readiness programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate effectively across maintenance, operations, vendors, and support teams. Our Environment Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company HQ. The base range for this position in the posted location is $86,240.00 - $117,120.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
