  • 150K+ Pomona, CA 91767 Leadership Role | High-Volume Workflow | Performance-Based Pay | Growth Opportunity Overview We are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor to lead operations in a fast-paced, high-volume repair shop.
This is a working leadership role where you will actively manage workflow, support sales performance, and help drive overall shop profitability. If you are strong in both leadership and service writing, and you thrive in a production-driven environment, this role offers significant earning potential and long-term growth.   • 150,000+ total annual earning potential Base pay plus performance-based compensation tied to shop results Strong upside for high-performing leaders in a high-volume environment What You'll Do Lead daily operations of a high-volume automotive repair shop Manage workflow between advisors, technicians, and production Act as a working service advisor when needed Drive sales performance, closing ratios, and revenue growth Monitor and improve KPIs including labor efficiency and RO performance Ensure consistent communication between front and back of shop Maintain high standards of customer service and repair quality Support scheduling, shop flow, and production efficiency Hold team members accountable to performance expectations Help build structure, process, and consistency across the shop What We're Looking For 3+ years experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor Strong experience in high-volume automotive shop environments Proven ability to drive sales and manage performance metrics (KPIs) Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-focused setting Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to balance management responsibilities with hands-on service writing Preferred Experience Independent shop or high-volume dealership background Experience in flat-rate or production-based environments Strong track record improving sales, efficiency, or workflow Familiarity with modern shop management systems Benefits & Perks Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 90 days) 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Paid holidays, PTO, and sick time Ongoing paid training and development opportunities Stable, high-volume workflow environment Long-term career growth potential Why This Role Stands Out High earning potential tied directly to performance Opportunity to lead and influence shop operations Consistent workflow with strong customer demand Ability to step into a leadership role with real impact Growth path within an established, production-focused operation
