- Deal with multiple vendors and sales personnel and assist in pricing parts
- Keep records of all DOT/ Shop related paperwork
- Assist shop supervisor and drivers as needed
- Create and provide ROs for parts and repairs
- Manage shop inventory and daily quantities
- Keep tract/ count of the parts that mechanics use
- TMT experience is a plus but not required
