Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and safety compliance Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and support production goals Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA and company policies Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations Proactively identify potential issues in manpower, equipment, and documentation, and implement corrective or preventive actions. Responsible for preparing and ensuring complete documentation of all work plans and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Must possess planning, execution, analytical, and continuous improvement capabilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office for report preparation and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., aerospace, automotive, electronics, PCB)
