This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. As we continue to scale our operations, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining world-class maintenance systems that support our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and expertise in modern maintenance management systems. You'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of maintenance technicians while ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Role Overview As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's maintenance operations, from preventive maintenance programs to emergency repairs. You'll serve as the bridge between the maintenance team and upper management, ensuring seamless communication and execution of maintenance strategies. This position requires someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members Lead daily maintenance meetings to prioritize tasks and address urgent issues Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing Recruit, train, and onboard new maintenance personnel as the facility expands CMMS & Hippo Platform Management Serve as the primary administrator for the Hippo CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Design and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules within Hippo Generate and CMMS and Technology Management Serve as the primary administrator for HIPPO CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry, work order management, and system optimization Utilize CMMS to track maintenance history, analyze failure trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment databases, including technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and spare parts inventories Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for senior management review EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Journeyman, Tradesman, or technical college graduate. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and previous supervisory experience essential. 5+ years of experience
