Job Description

Domus Management Company, an established Affordable Housing Property Management company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations at 3-4 properties in the Sacramento area. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and train maintenance teams while ensuring properties remain in excellent condition and inspection-ready at all times. Key Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance operations for assigned Sacramento region properties Supervise, mentor, train, and discipline maintenance staff as needed Ensure properties are prepared for third-party agency inspections Perform unit inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs Coordinate with vendors and obtain bid specifications Complete maintenance reports and respond to emails in a timely manner Maintain strong communication with residents, vendors, and team members Actively participate in day-to-day property operations Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and proactively Qualifications 3+ years of Apartment Maintenance Supervisory experience Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills Expertise in all aspects of property maintenance Experience with both older and newer building systems Experience preparing for regulatory and third-party inspections Excellent time management and prioritization skills Solution-oriented, proactive work ethic Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
