Job Description

Summary:
The incumbent will oversee and coordinate all repairs, replacements and modifications of processing, packaging and facility equipment with optimal quality and efficiency.
Job Function Statements Essential Functions:
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Compliance to SOP's, GMPs, Housekeeping, Safety, and all other FE policies. Provide support to Process Improvement (PI) projects and participate on safety teams. Coordinate all maintenance activities. Maintain Preventive Maintenance program. Properly communicate with Production and Maintenance Departments. Keep good records of KPI and Goals. Keep track of Work Orders and re-route them properly. Work closely with Inventory stock operation. Maintain Data for equipment. Lead Improvement projects. Manage PM cycle and update if necessary. Plan and coordinate parts availability for planned WO's with Inventory stock room. Monitor the entire maintenance process and improve as needed. Assist other sides and share best practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Good electrical and mechanical skills. Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance program.
Required computer skills:
EAM, D7i, Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Good leadership skills. Familiarity with Inventory stock room operation.
Other Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Related Bachelor's degree or Maintenance Skills Associates degree. Ability to use multi-meter and other measurement instruments. Ability to troubleshoot PLC controls, such as Allen-Bradley and GE Fanuc. Ability to demonstrate proficient fabrication and welding skills. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic system. Bilingual skills - English/Spanish and/or English/Polish.
Experience:
Required 5-10 years' experience in Maintenance field
Education/Training:
Minimum of a High School diploma/GED, some Technical School coursework, or Mechanical Certification (must have at least one of these items to be considered).
