We take pride in the commercial properties and HOA's that we maintain on a weekly basis. Full job description The ideal candidate should have a passion for landscaping, minimum 5 years' experience and a strong understanding of various landscape maintenance techniques. Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and weed control.
- Supervise and train junior staff in landscape maintenance practices.
- Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal planting.
- Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and health assessments. Skills required
- 5 years' experience in supervising teams in landscape maintenance field.
- Ability to irrigate efficiently using various irrigation systems.
- Experience in operating equipment like tractors and ride on mowers.
- Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Santa Barbara or Goleta resident is a plus!
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pmPay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour plus monthly bonus- Expected hours: 40 per week https://www.
