Job Description
Requirements / Qualifications Minimum qualifications: A combination of education, experience, or training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities to perform the essential job funcions. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would include graduation from an accredited school with a minimum of a BS/BA degree, a minimum of five years increasingly responsible experience in the field of facilities management, construction management, maintenance and operations or school busines in a multi-site environment, a minimum of three years supervisory experience, and/or a General Building Contractor License.
