Full Job Description Relief Assistance Self-Storage Manager, Visalia, CA Position Needed:

Relief Manager (9-18 hours/week in office + one-two days per week facility maintenance - cleaning property/units/etc.) Visalia's industry leading self storage is seeking applications for a relief manager that can also provide basic facility cleaning (cleaning self storage units, pest control, paint touch-up). We are looking for a solution oriented person who gets their greatest satisfaction from helping others. If you want to work in an environment where you are treated with respect and get excellent training, you will fit in well here. We need a person with excellent service and sales skills who is looking for a long term part time role in a retail environment. We will be training and starting work at one location with the opportunity to move to another local location. Saturday's will be a required work day. Sundays are always off. Job requirements:

Self storage experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with the following skills: Retail sales and customer service experience with a background in cash management. Other qualities include a dependable, reliable person capable of self supervision. Solid computer and telephone skills are essential to working in this industry. All applicants should be organized, personable, and must enjoy working in a service industry. Ability to work Saturdays is a must. Prior to starting you must pass a background check and must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. This job may require working at different self storage facilities in the local area. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Part Time Position with option of converting to full time in the future.
