Non-Exempt Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing and directing all maintenance activities which include the adherence to safe production standards and the oversight of the maintenance of both equipment and building systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular inspections to identify problems and recommend remedial measures.
  • Preparing maintenance schedules and assigning workloads to maintenance technicians and assigned stations for repair.
  • Managing replacement parts and maintenance supplies inventory.
  • Ensuring project sites comply with all health and safety requirements.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance planning and scheduling PMs to ensure a proactive approach to asset maintenance.
  • Managing the maintenance budget and tracking expenditures.
  • Ensuring availability of tools needed to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Taking part in the implementation of capital projects.
  • Drafting and presenting maintenance reports to the Operations Manager and Organization Leadership.

  • Able to use measuring equipment such as tape measures, calipers, levelers and must possess basic math skills.
  • Should be computer literate with the ability to send and receive emails.
  • Able to read machine schematics and maintenance blueprints.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • The working hours are from Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed. Work schedule to be determined (willingness to work outside of regular hours as needed). Physical Requirements
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders, stairs, and occasionally working at heights
  • Bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment and materials (often 25-50 pounds),
  • Working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Pay:
From $36.00 per hour
