M-F 7:30am-4:30p What you'll be doing: The Housing Supervisor role implements a standardized housing program to service the housing needs for ERC Pathlight patients. This work includes oversight of patient apartments, housing coordinators and other associated duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Supervises housing coordinators/specialists, including hiring, training, supervising, coaching and evaluating staff Develops and implements standards for housing department: move-ins, move-outs, handbooks, daily reports, NOVA, etc. Provides backup and troubleshooting support as needed Develops and maintains a process that supports ongoing inventory and replenishment of apartment supplies, linens, furniture, smallware, cleaning Develops, implements and monitors the procedure to address issues/complaints Reviews and resolves patient complaints in the apartment Ensures weekly and monthly reporting tools are completed Oversees and coordinates with the on-call housing property management company as needed (property mgmt. co, vendors, subcontractors re: daily work, updates, repairs (ongoing flooring, upholstery cleaning, painting, security / patrol, etc.) Assists with budget process to proactively identify capital and operating needs Must haves: High School or GED (required) Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) in a supervisory role must have a college degree as well as a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a childcare setting (required) Bonus qualities: 1+ year of experience in managing and leading a team (preferred) Excellent customer service skills (preferred) 1+ years of Housing experience (preferred) The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
