Maintenance Lead -
Automated Distribution Facility Shift:
2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to serve as the technical and operational leader on our 2nd shift in a highly automated distribution facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments and enjoys coaching others while ensuring facility reliability. As the go-to maintenance authority on the shift, you will oversee daily priorities, guide technicians, and ensure the performance and longevity of advanced automated systems. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in a leadership capacity , with the remaining 30% dedicated to hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting . Key Responsibilities Serve as the shift lead, directing maintenance activities and supporting technicians during daily operations Plan and prioritize daily workloads, preventative maintenance schedules, and repairs using a CMMS Enter, assign, and audit work orders to ensure quality, efficiency, and completion Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to maintenance team members Maintain and troubleshoot automated robotic systems, conveyors, and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime, safety, and operational efficiency Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in an industrial or automated environment 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting expertise in: Mechanical systems Preventive maintenance Hydraulics and pneumatics Proven ability to lead by example in a hands-on technical role Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success supervising maintenance teams in distribution or manufacturing facilities Experience working in highly automated or robotics-driven environments Why Join Our Team?
