Specific Position:

This position is for Maintenance Supervision of a single 34-unit property. This position is for a solo maintenance individual who will work directly with the Property Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor in this position will be responsible for full apartment turns, including painting units, etc. This individual in this position will be on call three weeks out of the month, with one week off the on-call rotation each month.
