In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment. Your leadership will drive safety compliance, streamline maintenance procedures, and enhance overall facility performance. Duties Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime. Oversee HVAC system repair, troubleshooting, and installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Utilize schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques to diagnose issues with HVAC, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical equipment. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, electrical systems (including high voltage), and plumbing system maintenance. Conduct inspections using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters; interpret schematics; perform electrical testing; and document findings accurately. Lead training sessions on maintenance repair procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of tools such as the ohmmeter for team members. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety incidents in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues affecting manufacturing processes. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams within manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, mechanical systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience managing projects using project management principles; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Skilled in using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Electrical experience including working with high voltage (HV) and low voltage systems; ability to use testing tools like ohmmeters confidently. Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills; capable of supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English for clear instructions and reporting purposes.
