JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $27.00- $33.

Holland is seeking an experienced, service-focused, team player to join our dynamic property maintenance team at our established community, The Flats at Inverness, in Englewood, Colorado. The following functions are typically that of an Assistant Maintenance Manager, however, should the Assistant Maintenance Manager need assistance with any of the below functions, Maintenance Technicians or the Maintenance Manager should provide support. In the event that the property does not require employing other Maintenance support staff (due to the size of the property or proven property activity) the Assistant Maintenance Manager will be solely responsible for these functions.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensure that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to company operating and safety standards. Ensure that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. Assistant Maintenance Managers will spend 90- 95 percent of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience :
Minimum of two to three years previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade. Older properties (5+ years) may also require previous renovation experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Major Appliances HVAC Basic- Intermediate Plumbing Basic
- Intermediate Electrical (when no license required) Sheetrock General Carpentry Pool Care (if required by property) Pest Control (if required by property) Gutters Painting Roofing
- All roofing work will be completed by licensed, insured contractors Strong customer service orientation
