Job Purpose and Impact The Maintenance Supervisor - Utilites will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region. Key Accountabilities Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process. Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards. Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force. Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices. Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate. You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Leads by example and models desired behaviors Strong proficiency with computer systems and tools Other duties as assigned #LI-SK7 Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum five years of directly related work experience Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results Three years of supervisory experience SAP experience CARO and/or CIRO refrigeration certifications Knowledge of Kronos or other time tracking software Being able to be organized and disciplined to complete all given tasks in a timely manner Additional Details This position is posted both internally and externally. Schedule:

Varies around 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM; weekends as needed for contractors work. Available 24/7 for plant emergencies when scheduled; overtime available. S chedules are subject to change The expected salary for this position is $90,000 - $134,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
