Job Description

We're looking for a Service Manager to continue that tradition of excellence and deliver the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect. Compensation Overview This role is commission based, with top performers earning upwards of $245,000
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record 2 - 3years experience as service manager Prior experience can be dealer or independent Excellent customer service skills and a forward-thinking, technology driven mindset
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Create and maintain effective relationships with equipment and supplies vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of both Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns, collaborating across departments to ensure prompt resolution and an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Lead and develop a team of skilled automotive technicians, ensuring that each vehicle that leaves our bay is serviced with high-quality care and precision Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives to support employee growth, retention, and long-term success. Support service advisors and service drive operations, including customer write-ups, vehicle intake, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Champion a customer-first culture by delivering white-glove service, strengthening client relationships, and driving business growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership.
