If you're an experienced pest control professional ready to step into a leadership role, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact! About the Role As a Service Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day support leader for your branch's technician team. You'll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, technician development, and customer satisfaction . This role includes running a route 3-4 days per week . Minimum Qualifications Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of experience (any state). Valid Driver's License held for at least 4 years .
Clean driving record:
no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement). Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing , including for THC/CBD , regardless of legality or prescription. Key Responsibilities Open the office and support technicians each morning. Report and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance. Distribute and manage product (chemical) inventory. Facilitate weekly training sessions and ride-along field training . Motivate and lead technicians to deliver top-tier service. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members. Promote a positive, professional work environment. Key Attributes Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of pest control techniques and standards. High level of professionalism and accountability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized, punctual, and leads by example. Job Type Full-time Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Experience & Certifications 1+ year of pest control experience (required). Valid Pesticide Applicator License (required).
