In this role you will:
Drive Reliability & Performance Lead maintenance and reliability efforts for a high-volume production area. Maximize equipment uptime and eliminate recurring losses through root cause problem-solving and continuous improvement. Champion predictive and preventive maintenance strategies that improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Build High-Performing Teams Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to strengthen technical capability and build future leaders. Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning on the plant floor. Partner closely with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to drive results. Lead Change & Innovation Identify and execute opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Lead cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact. Support capital expansions, equipment installations, and startup activities helping fuel the continued growth of Uncrustables®. Make an Impact Every Day Own key maintenance and reliability metrics. Influence plant strategy through technical expertise and data-driven decision-making. Help create a world-class manufacturing operation focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement. CMMS/ERP
systems (Maximo, eAM, Proficy, etc.) Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: Food manufacturing experience Maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership experience Mechanical and electrical systems expertise TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement experience Capital project, equipment startup, and commissioning experience
Colorado Specific Salary Range:
