As a Landscape Maintenance Project Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining assigned properties, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance and enhancement crews on assigned properties to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain a safe work environment at all times and enforce company safety policies. Represent Alpine Gardens professionally in all interactions with clients, team members, and the public. Train, organize, and support field employees to achieve project goals and foster a positive team environment. Oversee landscape maintenance and irrigation operations, ensuring best practices are followed. Utilize company CRM software to manage projects and communicate effectively with management. Participate in snow removal operations as needed. Promote and uphold company policies and procedures. Perform field tasks as necessary to meet division objectives and ensure project success. Contribute to a positive company culture through leadership, consistent rule enforcement, and open communication with upper management. Support the profitable completion of projects and cultivate strong customer relationships. Take on additional tasks as required to support the successful operation of Alpine Gardens. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation practices. Strong supervisory, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to train, motivate, and manage field employees effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency or willingness to become proficient in company CRM software. Valid drivers license. Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members. Positive attitude and commitment to creating a desirable workplace. Willingness to participate in snow removal operations. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company courteously.
