Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor - Mesa Lakes Lodge Mesa Lakes Lodge is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our property. This role includes traditional maintenance duties such as facility repairs, preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, equipment maintenance, and supervising maintenance projects to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for guests. This position requires the Maintenance Supervisor to live on-site and be available for on-call maintenance needs, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies. Housing accommodations may be provided as part of the position. Mesa Lakes Lodge is under new management, and we are committed to investing in the property, improving facilities, updating systems, and creating a well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and wants to be part of improving and modernizing the lodge. Due to the location of this property, the property is without cellular or internet access. You must be able to plan and coordinate the installation of this infrastructure with the local and state agencies necessary to complete this.

Responsibilities include:

Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance Maintaining buildings, cabins, grounds, and equipment Responding to on-call maintenance issues Managing maintenance schedules and projects Ensuring safety and operational standards are met Coordinating with local and state agencies for compliance

Qualifications:

Maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems Ability to live on-site and respond to on-call needs Self-motivated, dependable, and organized Forklift Certification Wastewater Certification (D minimum) Join our team and be part of the new chapter at Mesa Lakes Lodge as we work to bring the property up to date and continue providing a great experience for our guests.

Pay:

Up to $30.00 per hour
