Job Description
Job Summary Full Time Director of Property Care - Responsible for the maintenance of twenty small to medium properties, primarily exterior; handling or supervising repairs and overseeing capital projects. This job is hybrid - administrative and on-site maintenance Ideal candidate is self-managing, comfortable taking initiative, likes to stay busy, problem solver, capable of a mix of administrative work tracking and documenting jobs as well as executing small handyman type repairs and working with third-party vendors to get things taken care of. Pay will be based on level of experience and ability to execute work efficiently and independent of supervision. Must have valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
