About Us We are an established automotive service shop in Bridgeport, currently undergoing a transformation. Historically, our focus has been on emissions and undercar work, but we are now pivoting toward more profitable and sustainable market segments. Our future business will target middle to high-income earners, with an emphasis on premium automotive services. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced specialist to build and lead a new wheels-and-tires business unit from the ground up within our shop. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make a significant impact by designing, launching, and managing a specialized service area. Key Responsibilities

• Source and establish relationships with reputable suppliers and vendors
• Set up equipment and shop processes for premium tire and wheel installation, balancing, and repair
• Recruit, train, and supervise technical staff as needed
• Market the new business to middle
• and high-income clients, with a focus on European and luxury vehicle owners
• Ensure outstanding customer service and quality control standards
• Collaborate with shop leadership to integrate wheels-and-tires services into broader offerings, including: Specialized repairs for European/luxury brands Advanced diagnostics and electrical/system repairs Premium detailing and protection services
• Track and report on business performance, adjusting strategy as needed to ensure growth and profitability Qualifications
• Proven experience in the wheels-and-tires segment of the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of the needs and expectations of middle
• and high-income customers
• Demonstrated ability to launch or significantly grow a business unit or service line
• Excellent supplier and vendor management skills
• Technical expertise in tire and wheel installation, balancing, and repair (ASE certifications or equivalent preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
