We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our automotive service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily shop operations, ensure high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative work environment. Duties Supervise the daily activities of automotive technicians, ensuring timely and accurate repairs. Review and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic data to guide repair processes. Perform complex diagnostics on various vehicle systems including electrical, powertrain, emissions control, brake, and exhaust. Lead troubleshooting efforts using automotive diagnostics tools and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications. Oversee vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, wheel balancing, welding, and auto body repairs to uphold safety and quality standards. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and shop policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Provide training and mentorship to technicians on new technologies like ADAS calibration, electrical systems, and advanced diagnostics. Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive shop experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, powertrain technology, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Ability to diagnose complex automotive issues . Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality work. Certifications or training in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, or advanced repair techniques are highly desirable.
