Building an Automotive Empire (All Positions) To the Elite Who Are Sick of the

Instead, you are being anchored to the floor by lazy management, broken promises, and an environment that punishes exceptionalism to protect mediocrity. We have spent 16 years in the trenches silently refining, perfecting, and weaponizing our operational processes. We didn't rush. We have unlocked a strategic marketing pipeline that is about to unleash an infinite torrent of high-volume, premium work . We aren't hunting for business; we are about to overwhelm the market. The Roster:
Choose Your Battle Station We are not looking for "employees." We are selecting path-setters, builders, and executioners for the following departments: 1.
The Command & Front-of-House Crew Service Manager:
The ultimate operations commander. You will oversee the workflow, protect the techs from distractions, and optimize every single second of shop capacity.
Service Advisor:
A sales powerhouse. You communicate value, close high-ticket repair orders, and drive numbers without making excuses. Receptionist / BDC /
Internet Manager:
The gatekeeper. You will handle the front-end communication and capture the massive digital influx from our marketing machine. Full-Time Bookkeeper /
Accountant:
The financial anchor. Spotless numbers, absolute precision, and complete control over the P&L. 2. The Technical Engine & Paint Team A & B Technicians (2 Positions): The elite. You will partner with our Master Mechanic to crush advanced diagnostics and heavy repairs at a relentless pace. No limping equipment, no broken promises.
Emissions / Lube
Technician (In-Training): The future elite. You possess raw mechanical hunger, a high capacity to learn, and the drive to be trained by the best in the business. Paint /
Body Technician:
A visual perfectionist. You will help pioneer our scaling paint department, taking raw sheet metal and turning it into a masterpiece. 3.
The Parts Powerhouse Parts Department Lead:
The architect. You will build our brand-new parts infrastructure from scratch, establishing wholesale networks, organizing inventory logistics, and feeding the shop floor like a well-oiled machine. 4. The Commercial Sales Machine Sales /
Finance Manager:
The closer. You will run the dealership desk, structure the deals, secure the financing lines, and turn lot inventory into pure velocity.
Salesperson:
High-energy, consultative, and completely obsessed with hitting volume targets. Sales Apprentice / Lot Driver / Detailers (3 Positions): The ground floor. From detailers who treat cars like art, to lot drivers who keep logistics seamless. You are the operational grease that keeps the machine looking sharp and moving fast.
