Shop Foreman - Gengras CDJR

We have a very exciting Shop Foreman opportunity at CDJR East Hartford This role will be the production leader of the service drive, responsible for maximising technician efficiency, ensuring first-time fix and driving total shop throughput. Job Responsibilities:

Dispatch work based on skill, efficiency and growth Balance work load to improve shop flow Create and execute Tech Growth plans Monitor efficiency and comeback rates Daily coaching with technicians Identify any top/under performers Spot check major repairs Assist in difficult diagnosis when needed Work with advisors on accurate write ups and diag time Coordinate with parts to eliminate delays and pre stage jobs Ensure mopar warranty compliance and proper documentation Maintain a clean, organised shop and comply with safety regulations Hit set KPI's each month

Qualifications:

ASE Master Certified Technician 5-10+ years of dealership experience CDJR experience required Strong diagnostic ability
