Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a Service Manager in Glastonbury, CT, with a growing organization that owns, manages, and operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses across multiple states. This is a great opportunity to join a company focused on operational efficiency, employee support, and long-term growth while leading a residential service team in a strong, well-established market. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager position include: 5+ years of HVAC experience, with prior management experience required. Residential service experience required, with some light commercial, resort, or large-home experience a plus. Manage and support a team of approximately 9 technicians within a larger 40-50 person operation. Oversee HVAC service and maintenance operations; installation work is managed by separate install managers. Provide office-based leadership while occasionally going into the field for complex customer issues or technical systems. EPA certification preferred; valid driver's license and insurable driving record required. Experience working with technicians, managing customer concerns, and supporting service performance goals. ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus, though training can be provided.
Salary:
$120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits :
