Live-In Maintenance Supervisor / Technician Laurelton Residences, LLC Greenwich, CT Job Details Full-time $25.31 - $30.49 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Residential painting Driver's License Vendor relationship management Property management Woodworking Full Job Description Live-In Maintenance Supervisor / Technician We are seeking an experienced Live-In Maintenance Supervisor/Technician for a luxury multifamily residential community. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a first-class property and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform preventative and routine building maintenance Maintain all common areas and building facilities Oversee garbage and recycling operations Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance Assist with HVAC and building mechanical systems Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary Assist with apartment turnovers and construction projects Maintain the property in a clean, safe, and professional condition
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience preferred Strong construction background is required Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
