Job Description

M3S Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our busy service department at a well-established new car dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Required to maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations. Interacting with and managing a staff of technicians, ensuring productivity Leading our service management & reconditioning activities Interacting with external vendors Fulfilling all service activities needed to meet or exceed operating plan goals Effective vehicle production and inventory control
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
