Job Description

Real Estate Firm is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 100-unit multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades and take pride in maintaining a well-run property.
Responsibilities include:
Turning vacant units (make-ready) Bathroom and general unit repairs Appliance installation and replacement Responding to resident work orders in a timely manner Trash-outs and general grounds/building upkeep Supporting the overall efficient operation of the community
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented What we're looking for: Strong work ethic Team-player mentality Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Real Estate Firm offers a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work on a stable multifamily property.
