Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, part-time Property Manager / Maintenance Person to oversee and maintain three local properties. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities General property maintenance and repairs Basic interior and exterior painting Basic lawn and grounds maintenance Meet and coordinate with subcontractors Maintain a running list of needed repairs and materials Perform regular property inspections and report any issues Help keep all properties clean, organized, and well-maintained What We Provide Trucks Tractors Lifts Ladders Power tools All necessary equipment and supplies Qualifications Experience using basic power tools and hand tools Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license preferred Background check required Compensation & Schedule Pay is negotiable based on experience Flexible part-time schedule How to Apply Please reply with your résumé or information, your phone number, and a brief summary of your previous work experience.
