Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and management of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Your leadership will ensure safety compliance, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold high standards of maintenance procedures across our environments.
Job description:
Maintenance Supervisor:
Review incoming site inspection reports Schedule field reps' daily schedules Maintains accurate list of fire prevention equipment Maintain compliance of fire prevention equipment Receives incoming maintenance calls and dispatches accordingly Enter on our jobber system work requested by our Property Managers and schedule maintenance team accordingly Supervise work of maintenance crew to ensure work is performed on a timely manner and on budget Review all receipts from the field and maintenance crew Reviews incoming maintenance invoices Reviews and approved time card of filed reps' Performs site inspections Ordering equipment and supplies Track all company equipment and ensure that it is maintained properly Replacing quarterly promotional advertisement materials, keeping up with brand standards Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds The position will require time in the office and time in the field Company vehicle will be provided for travel from office to site locations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Interpersonal skills to interact with employees in a pleasant manner Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and fulfill all duties Valid Driver's license This job requirements list is not a complete description of all responsibilities but the list reflects the general qualifications, duties, and/or responsibilities necessary to perform this position.
