Days Salary Exempt positionGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The purpose of this position is to support the company's needs by providing strategic leadership, planning, and execution of all facilities, maintenance, and capital project activities for the manufacturing organization. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of buildings, grounds, and production machinery while leading maintenance personnel, managing budgets, and coordinating internal and external resources. The Director plays a critical role in risk mitigation, operational continuity, and long-term planning, including consolidation of operations.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Demonstrates all Company Core Values Facilities & Building Management Oversee all aspects of building, grounds, and utility maintenance to ensure safe, functional, and compliant facilities.
- Ability to comprehensively manage a CMMS system to track work orders, develop inventory systems, scheduled maintenance programs and more
- Development of Critical Spares Inventory
- Work with Production Management to strengthen equipment/tooling preventative maintenance program Maintenance & Equipment Oversight Direct preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance programs for manufacturing machinery and equipment.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Education :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.Experience:
8-10 Years of progressive experience in facilities and maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, building systems, and maintenance best practices. Proven project management and budgeting skills. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and building code compliance. Ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve employee relations issues effectively. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and vendor management skills. Demonstrated experience managing capital projects and leading maintenance teams. Driving Required- YES Company Vehicle

Tasks involve some sedentary to light work, involving some reaching, handling, fingering and/or feeling of objects and materials. Tasks involve bending and kneeling regularly. Tasks involve ability to climb stairs and ladders regularly.Sensory Requirements :
