Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation and safety of our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, while managing maintenance projects and supervising technicians. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all plant facilities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues. Lead maintenance planning and scheduling using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize work order management. Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, schematics interpretation, and electrical safety protocols. Manage preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery to minimize downtime. Supervise maintenance staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades, new installations, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities. Skills Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing settings. Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and industrial control systems. Proficiency with CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance planning. Mechanical expertise in troubleshooting industrial machinery and understanding of schematics for electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, low voltage wiring, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters. Familiarity with facilities management practices including safety protocols, project management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments. Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervising experience in fast-paced environments involving high voltage systems and complex machinery. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing operations through expert oversight of facilities maintenance.
